The frequency of inspections of economic facilities to reduce risks
Abstract
Changes in regulatory documents aimed at reducing the burden on employers often lead to quite unpredictable and harmful consequences. Experts note that one of the reasons for the occurrence of emergencies at economic facilities may be weak control (supervision) or its complete absence by state inspections. When working on the array of information, additional risk factors were identified related to the poor quality of training of employees and specialists, violation of deadlines and necessary amounts of work on repair and maintenance of technological equipment, long periods of its depreciation. This set of factors can play a decisive role in initiating the risks of emergency situations and affect the stability of facilities and territories as a whole. In accordance with the regulatory documents, five risk categories are identified: high, significant, medium, moderate, low risk for which the frequency of inspections by state inspections is indicated. The key indicators for the implementation of supervision and control functions are highlighted. The article provides a calculation of the potential risk for agricultural enterprises.
