Efektywność projektów PPP w obszarze termomodernizacji realizowanych przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce

Abstract

The aim of the article is to present the productivity of the public-private partnership (PPP) project, in thermo-modernization of public facilities, run by the local authority. The term value for money belongs to the evaluation methods concerning the productivity PPP projects. Its performance predetermines the superiority of the partnership formula more than the traditional public procurements. Research methods used in the article are based on literature study, legal acts and the case study of the thermo-modernization project in Radzionkow.
