Tight-focusing properties of the chirp modulation linearly polarized circular Airy Gaussian vortex beam

Based on the Richards–Wolf vectorial diffraction theory, we investigate the tight-focusing properties of the chirp modulation linearly polarized circular Airy Gaussian vortex beams (C-LPCAiGVB) through high NA objective lens. Numerical results demonstrate that by setting different beam parameters, we can adjust the degree of freedom and beam width of C-LPCAiGVB vector light focus (including shape and depth of focus, etc.), and the light intensity distribution will exhibit nontrivial properties with different positions of the vortex pairs. In particular, we can control the focus of the beam by introducing the second-order chirp, which provides another way to manipulate the degree of freedom of the beam. Our results provide a new technical reference for optical trapping and manipulation and optical imaging.
