A mathematical model of control system of complex power supply of separate objects from renewable energy sources. A mathematical model is constructed using graph theory and allows to determine the critical path graph for two periods - warm and cold. On the basis of the solution of the system of differential equations can be defined the capacity of the reserve source of energy and energy consumption in the «peak» modes.
