ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF THE CONCEPT

Abstract

The article is devoted to a theoretical interpretation of the concept of entrepreneurial activity of educational organizations. The importance of entrepreneurial activity of educational organizations for social and economic development of the region is revealed. The need to evaluate entrepreneurial activity in the market of educational services in the region is shown. Various terminological approaches to the definition of entrepreneurial activity are considered. The author’s definition of entrepreneurial activity of educational organizations is given. Highlighted destinations for further research.
