Abstract

The Russian elite: history and the present day In the article author analyzes the process of formation of the Russian elite during the main stages of historical development of Russia, especially the mechanisms and methods of recruitment. Special attention is paid to the formation of post‑Soviet elites, the comparative analysis of peculiarities of formation of the Soviet and modern Russian elite.
