Sustainable return depends on collaborative approach

Abstract

The Livelihoods and Social Protection cluster1 of the Joint Assessment Mission (JAM) forms the basis of the plan for the return and reintegration of some 6.7 million people by 2011. Success will depend on commitment to the Comprehensive Peace Process and sustained international support.
