Sixteen cases of eyelid tumour excision and reconstruction are received. The skin flaps from cheek, nasolabial and forehead regions were used. The skeletal support was given by composite chondromucosal nasal septum graft. Mustarde cheek rotation technique and fricke flap were found to give satisfactory functional and cosmetic results. None of the structures of upper eye1id were used for lower eyelid, for the fear of distortion of the functionally important upper eyelid.
