Humanitarian environment of pedagogical institute as a condition for formation graduate’s cultural competences

Abstract

The article dwells upon the questions of sociocultural modernization of education in connection with establishment of social and humanitarian park of the Mordovian State Pedagogical Institute. Its activity is aimed at prompt response to actual sociocultural problems of the regional development, formation of humanitarian environment for upbringing the young generation of researches with new cultural competences.
