Design and Application of the Vehicle Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System for Hangzhou Metro
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high cost, small time window and great influence of human factors for metro train maintenance, internet, big data and artificial intelligence technology are used in this paper to construct an intelligent operation and maintenance system of Hangzhou Metro vehicles with "1 + 4 + N system" as the main structure. The intelligent operation and maintenance system is composed of one intelligent operation and maintenance platform, four core subsystems (on-board monitoring system,trackside monitoring system,operation and maintenance support system,intelligent maintenance system) and N execution modules. Its principle is using the on-board monitoring equipments and trackside testing equipments to obtain real-time train running conditions and fault data, and using the maintenance platform to implement metro train system fault diagnosis and condition monitoring. Combined with intelligent maintenance system and maintenance support system, it provides functions of health management, maintenance management and asset management for vehicles, promotes the upgrade of metro train maintenance mode from traditional fault repair, planned repair to state repair. Through the application of the system, normal line operation monitoring and fault emergency handling of Hangzhou Metro trains have been realized, automation degree of daily inspection and maintenance has been improved, and a good foundation has been laid for the optimization of subsequent maintenance and repair process.
