NANO-STAGE MECHANISM OF CRYSTAL NUCLEATION KINETICS FROM LIQUID PHASE

Abstract

The set of experimental data, vouched for crystal nucleation by stages from liquid phase, has been collected. The initial stage includes a formation some metastable phase, and last stage – a formation of stable phase. The influence of such crystal nucleation mechanism on process kinetics and formation of defect or perfect crystals has been noted.
