Diclofenac, categorized as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is commonly employed in medical settings due to its effectiveness in alleviating pain and reducing inflammation. Despite its widespread usage, diclofenac is associated with a range of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis is an infrequent and serious skin condition marked by the abrupt appearance of multiple sterile pustules on an inflamed, red base. This case report seeks to illuminate a unique and severe adverse drug reaction directly linked to diclofenac use, underscoring the importance of increased awareness among healthcare practitioners regarding the varied and occasionally serious nature of ADRs associated with diclofenac.
