In this study, mycelia development and yield value of Pleurotus floridas on beech saw dust added with chicken manure, husk rice and turf of Bolu (Yeniçağa) (90 + 10; 80 + 20 w: w) were examined. According to results obtained from this study; the fastest mycelia development (17.2 day) and the highest yield value (372.20 gr/kg) from beech saw dust with added husk rice (80 + 20; w: w) substrate mixture were resulted. On the other hand, the slowest mycelia development (40.8 day) and the worst yield value (92.8 gr/kg) on beech saw dust with added chicken manure (80 + 20; w: w) were obtained. It was observed that generally increased rate of husk rice on substrate mixture effected mycelia development and yield property positively.
