TO THE QUESTION ABOUT PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THE PENSION SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Examines the sources of formation of financial resources of pension provision in Russia, highlights the stages of development of funding pensions, legal aspects of financial provision for pensions, the problems of financing in this sphere, the reasons for the deficit budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the necessity of reforming the pension system and suggests some directions for solving these problems.
