The book "Muayyin-ul-mufti Fi Jawab-il-Mustafti" ، its importance ،writing methodology and the attributes of handwritten manuscript of the book

Abstract

Imam Muhammad bin Abdullah Tamartashi is considered as one of the pioneers of Hanafi Jurisprudence. Infact، any book he has written on any science and art، holds the highest rank in that art. He had written many books out of which "Tanveer-ul-Absar" got the most reputation . He also wrote a book for the easement of the jurists of his time in which he stated only the preferred opinions (Rajih Aqwal) and named it "Muayyin-ulMufti Fi Jawab-il-Mustafti". This book is considered among the fundamental authoritative sources and references of the Hanafi Jurisprudence but its a shame that jurists don't have access to it yet. The significance of this book is clear for a number of reasons، and we have written its description in this article. Then at last ، i have also mentioned about the handwritten manuscripts that are found in the recognized libraries of the world. So the researchers who would want to work on it could easily get it.
