ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EXTREMISM IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: CRIMINAL-LEGAL AND CRIMINOLOGICAAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article views the notion religious extremism as a phenomenon. The author shows the ideological-theoretical aspect, oriented at Islamic concepts, as one of the most important aspects of struggling against Islamic extremism and terrorism. The article also shows the main directions of state structures activities in extremism counteraction.
