A case of Behçet's disease with unusual cardiovascular complications

Abstract

Key Clinical Message Behçet's disease should be suspected in young adults who present with heart failure and/or vascular lesions. Cardiac involvement and mesenteric artery aneurysm are rare but should be recognized because of their severity.
