Strict implementation of the right to health as a fundamental right: ensuring universal access and equity in India
Abstract
This article explores the significance of recognizing the right to health as a fundamental right in India. It delves into the importance of ensuring universal access to healthcare services and promoting equity in health outcomes. By examining the current healthcare landscape in India, including existing challenges and disparities, this article argues for the urgent need to assert the right to health as a fundamental pillar of the country’s legal framework.
