Abstract

The authors focus on presenting the methods of establishing succession management in an inherited enterprise under the Act of 5 July 2018 on Succession Management of a Natural Person’s Enterprise and Other Enterprises Succession Measures, with particular emphasis on an enterprise which includes real property.
