New generating functions of I-function satisfying Truesdell’s F q $F_{q}$ -equation

Abstract

Abstract In this paper we first obtain various new forms of the q-analogue of the I-function satisfying Truesdell’s ascending and descending F q $F_{q}$ -equation. Then we use these forms to obtain new generating functions for the q-analogue of the I-function. Some particular cases of these results in terms of the q-analogue of the I-function, H-function and G-function have also been obtained.
