PROBLEM OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE MANPOWER AT MANAGEMENT OF THE PORTFOLIO OF IT-PROJECTS: STATE AND PROBLEMS

Abstract

In article the tasks solved at managementof a portfolio of IT-projects, in particular, a problem of effective distribution ofa manpower between IT-projects of aportfolio are considered. The existing approaches and methods to the solution ofthis task are described. For the purpose ofincrease of efficiency of the solution of thespecified task at its decision it is offered to use the modified combinatory methodsconsidering the level of competence ofemployees and priority of implementationof IT-projects of a portfolio.
