ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARDS DECENT WORK AS AN INSTRUMENT OF INCREASING THE ROLE OF PRICES AND LABOUR

Abstract

The article deals with the process of social and labor relations management through the use of new forms of regulation rules and regulations in the field of labor and employment. The article includes the results of the survey of employers, which helped build a picture of the current social partnership in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region. And the analysis of the implementation of standards of decent work in the region has allowed companies to develop proposals for improving the mechanism of its implementation at the municipal and regional level.
