Abstract
Considered problems of control systems and trends in the development of educational complexes. Classified the levels of development of system of management of educational systems in the context of control loops. Researched indicators of the quality processes of the educational complex and the results obtained. Conclusions about the necessity of implementing process management and the balanced scorecard in the system of management of educational systems.
