Lezama Lima e el Reflejo Heridor

Abstract

When we have as a problematic Latin-America as far as identity is concerned, the mirror metaphor is a privileged way to think that question. With the reinvention of Narcissus Myth, José Lezama Lima makes a deconstruction of mirror operation to propose a baroque take of image, in which "devir" would appear as a possibility to dissolve the unchangeable identity.
