Responsabilidade ambiental e a ocupação desordenada do solo: um olhar sobre os reservatórios da Região Bragantina
Abstract
O presente trabalho apresenta umadescrição dos reservatórios da Região Bragantinaresponsável pelo abastecimento de água de parteda região metropolitana de São Paulo e osproblemas decorrentes da ocupação ilegal dasmargens dos reservatórios, fruto da especulaçãoimobiliária e omissão do Estado. Demonstra aguerra pela água na bacia dos rios Piracicaba,Capivari e Jundiaí e aponta soluções decorrentesda responsabilidade ambiental em busca de melhorqualidade de vida.The present article presents adescription of the reservoirs of the responsibleBragantina Region for the water supply of part ofthe region metropolitan of São Paulo and thedecurrent problems of the illegal occupation ofthe edges of the reservoirs, fruit of the real estatespeculation and omission of the State. Itdemonstrates the war for the water in the basin ofthe rivers Piracicaba, Capivari and Jundiaí andpoints decurrent solutions of the ambientresponsibility in search of better quality of life.
