Conceptualization of Organizational Stroke (Antecedents, Instances and Consequences)

Objective: This study aims to conceptualize organizational stroke in governmental organizations which examines the process of antecedents, instances and consequences of ineffective relationships in a new metaphorical way.Methods: The research method is a qualitative review using the thematic analysis method to review textual data. Which has been done with semi-structured interviews in government institutions and with the participation of 25 managers and elites in the field of management and using theoretical non-probability purposive sampling method and using snowball technique based on the principle of saturation.Results: We obtained 1373 initial codes and 116 organizing themes from the interviews. then, the constituents are classified into three categories of antecedents, instances and postpositions in the form of comprehensive themes, which are: Antecedents which includes lack of openness, disagreement, lack of support, lack of homogeneity, negativity, lack of culture and unskilled؛ Instances that includes moral, behavioural, strategic, cognitive, doctrinal, knowledge and environmental strokes؛ consequences that include structural, behavioural, social and psychological impairments.Conclusion: conceptualisation of organizational stroke allows managers as health professionals to identify and act effectively on antecedents, instances and consequences in a timely manner by increasing knowledge in the face of disease. especially in governmental organizations that have a public services nature, this can add to the richness of artistic management. The art whose concern is the health of this enduring heritage, the organization.
