Accesul la informațiile publice și E-guvernarea. Studiu de caz județul Covasna

Abstract

This pilot-study examines the way in which e-government services are used by the Romanian public administration. The offcial sites of a number of local public sector institutions in Covasna County are evaluated for determining the stage of e-govern-ment development and the precedence this feld is given by said institutions. The preliminary conclusion is that e-government implementation is not a priority for the local government leadership. Further studies will investigate if this conclusion also holds true for other counties in Romania.
