Career choice is an important and inevitable milestone in each medical student's life. This step can have a great impact on students' future plans and life goals as well as their family and social life. Choosing a well-fitting specialty can surely boost students' career achievements and enhance their quality of life. Moreover, it can directly affect the healthcare system by causing either a shortage or oversupply of available physicians in different specialties. Despite that, most of medical students face major challenges to choose their Specialty.
