In this article, the problems of increasing the competitiveness of tourist enterprises in the domestic and foreign markets with the help of the introduction of automated information technologies are considered. The hotel sales management system is shown, the ART (Automated Request Tools) module is considered, which allows potential clients of the hotel to book numbers in real time, as well as the introduction of computer 3D tours for an in-depth acquaintance with the hotel. With the help of AIT, the competitiveness of tourism enterprises is increasing.
