Background and Aims: it is essential to pay attention to various dimensions of puberty health among girls. This study aimed at comparing effect of two combined training method and lecture on puberty health on awareness level of high school girls in Masjed Soleiman. Methods: This is a quasi-experimental study conducted on 126 students without health educators; cluster sampling method was used to classify participants to 3 42-member groups randomly. Educational intervention of lecture for lecture group and combined educational intervention (giving lecture and displaying clip) for combined group were performed through 3 1-houre sessions; while there was not any intervention for control group. Questionnaires were filled out again by three groups one month later and the obtained data were statistically analyzed through SPSS22 Software. Results: considering the obtained value of P<0.0001, there was a significant mean difference between lecture and combined groups before and after intervention, but there was not any significant mean difference related to awareness in control group before and after intervention. The results obtained from comparison between awareness level of students before and after intervention indicated the more change in awareness average of girls in combined group compared to lecture group. Conclusion: combined education was significantly prior to lecture within promoting awareness of girls in field of puberty health.
