The purpose of the article now present is to provide educators and other education workers some reflections on the teaching practice. The thread for lifting a chaotic social practice , or at best precarious situations , to the level of a revolutionary praxis, surpassing the limits of the teaching contingent practice, it is the understanding of the centrality of work as an educational principle in the development of omnilaterality , not only of students but also of all those involved directly in the process of teaching and learning , highlighting teachers . This process is implemented satisfactorily when allows both teachers and students, a high level of awareness of the social practice that develop, overcoming common sense. Through the philosophical consciousness, we take a significant step towards catharsis, source of new initiatives for transformative social practice.
