The article describes innovative approaches to assessment of students in the course of the modular construction principle in education. It presents an analysis of the effectiveness of new forms of certification of non-teaching professions students in preparation for the special field of study (defectological) education, and describes innovative approaches to interim and final certification. Certification of educational modules was based on forms: training project, an interdisciplinary examination Examination job training project, and others. During the certification assessment of educational outcomes used by independent experts from among the teachers-college network partners. The effectiveness of the implementation of innovative approaches to certification of educational modules. It was found that the most effective forms of work on the certification are: interdisciplinary examination, final attestation work training project.
