BANKING COMPETITION IN RUSSIA ON THE EXAMPLE OF MORTGAGE CREDIT LENDING

Abstract

Presented the current state of the mortgage market in Russia. Considered the range of mortgage products of the leading banks in the country. Carried out a comprehensive analysis of the major mortgage programs of the top 10 largest banks in Russia. Revealed the most interesting offers of the considered products. Analyzed the main problems of the industry and expressed assumptions about the future development of the mortgage market during the crisis.
