Nursing experience of a patient with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and infection (1例肺间质纤维化合并感染患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and infection. Patient received a comprehensive approach of nursing including nursing evaluation, airway humidification, alimentary canal and airway management, skin care, psychological care and health education before hospital discharge. The individualized plan of integrated nursing was developed according to the results of nursing evaluation, and patient was receptive to the nursing plan. (本文总结1例肺间质纤维化合并感染患者的护理经验, 包括护理评估、气道湿化、消化道护理、呼吸道护理、皮肤护理、心理护理以及出院宣教等, 护理人员根据患者评估结果制定个性化中西医结合护理方案, 患者更易于接受, 且效果良好, 值得临床参考。)
