Nursing of a lung cancer patient with cough treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment combined with acupoint sticking therapy (中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗1例肺癌相关性咳嗽患者的护理体会)

Abstract

To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment combined with acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of cough in a lung cancer patient. Based on the concept of warming and obstruction-removing as tonifying therapy and green nursing of tumor, the patient was treated with the combination therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment on bladder meridian (Feishu acupoint, Gaohuang acupoint) and acupoint sticking on Ren Channel (Tiantu acupoint) and bladder meridian (Feishu acupoint). The clinical symptoms of cough were obviously relieved after treatment. The combination therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and acupoint sticking therapy can effectively relieve the cough symptoms, enhance clinical treatment and nursing efficacy and improve patient’s quality of life. (探讨中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗1例肺癌相关性咳嗽患者的效果, 总结护理经验。运用以温为补、以通为补的创新理论, 结合根据肿瘤绿色调护技术对患者行膀胱经(肺俞穴、膏肓穴)中药膏摩联合任脉(天突穴)、膀胱经(肺俞穴)穴位贴敷联合疗法。治疗后患者咳嗽临床症状得到改善。采用中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷疗法能够有效缓解患者的咳嗽症状, 有助于确保临床治疗及护理效果, 提升患者生活质量。)
