This paper analyzes the conditions to improve production efficiency and reduce non-production costs in agriculture. It is shown that the establishment of corporate structures is one of the priorities in reforming the industry, which provides at an early stage of the process cost reduction and increased productivity in the agricultural sector. Article deals with the role of the integration processes in agriculture at the regional level in the formation of regional agricultural corporations.
