Vontade geral, natureza humana e sociedade democrática justa. Rawls leitor de Rousseau
Abstract
The paper presents an interpretation made by Rawls of Rousseau's work, highlighting the similarities between Rousseau and the central thesis of the tradition of political liberalism: the primacy of justice over the good. The article presented the Rawls's analysis of two concepts that approach Rousseau to the political liberalism: the normative conception of human nature and the concept of general will, interpreted as a deliberative public reason.
