The paper discusses advances and setbacks in constitutional law and international law in the postwar period. Analyzes the world emerges more equal normative guidance after the UN Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Covenants of 1966, approaching a global constitutionalism, but remains uneven in factual plan. The research was conducted through literature review.
