Research on the Sharing Control Method of Anemometer Based on Wind Direction Correlation Coefficient of Wind Turbine
Abstract
Wind direction measurement inaccuracy or failure of anemometer will seriously affect power generation performance and reliability of wind turbine. An anemometer sharing control method based on wind direction correlation coefficient is proposed in this paper according to the wind speed and direction sharing technology concept of wind turbine. Firstly, the wind vector average method is used to preprocess the wind direction sequence of adjacent fans to solve zero-crossing problem of wind direction sequence. Then, using regression analysis method based on Pearson correlation coefficient theory, the wind direction sequence of adjacent fans is further processed to form a list of wind direction correlation coefficients of defective fans and establish a shared fan group, which are used to predict the wind direction of defective fans. Finally, according to the given control strategy, the wind farm SCADA sharing module extracts the wind direction sequence of the shared wind turbine group, calculates the shared wind direction sequence by using the linear regression method, and shares the sequence to the defective wind turbine to realize short-term obstacle avoidance operation. Measurement data is obtained from the actual wind farm and simulation experiment is carried out by Matlab simulation software. Experimental results show that the wind direction sequence correlation coefficient of two wind turbines is greater than 0.75, the average relative error of the predicted wind direction remains within 7.56%, and the higher the correlation coefficient, the higher the prediction accuracy.
