Focusing on the food market, starting from the litigation status of professional anti-counterfeiting cases, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and disputes about professional anti-counterfeiting behavior in current theory and practice, discusses the necessity of protecting and restricting the right of professional anti-counterfeiters to know and buy fake goods, and tries to guide and regulate their professional anti-counterfeiting behavior from multiple levels, such as clarifying the legal status of professional anti-counterfeiters and guiding the legitimate and standardized anti-counterfeiting behavior.
