The aim of this study is to show that businesses are becoming more sensitive to the environment while offering output in their production and growth processes. The growth of the business by focusing on sustainable environmental outputs becomes a necessity. The targets of achieving zero emissions of many countries in the world in 2050 make business administrations more environmentally sensitive. This study includes TÜPRAŞ's notifications on green management in its annual reports for the years 2010–2022. These notifications were reviewed by TÜPRAŞ's management to assess the environmental sensitivity. Content analysis method was used. As in the example of TÜPRAŞ, green management approaches of companies increase their environmental investments and use water and energy more efficiently, reducing the amount of emissions and increasing the recycling rates of wastes. It has been observed that TÜPRAŞ, one of the largest oil refineries in Turkey, has begun to give more importance to climate and environmental issues in operation and management. TÜPRAŞ has started to put forward important strategies for more effective use and management of existing resources.
