Eye disorders significantly influence the intergral signs of joint syndrome course, frequency of affection of sternoclavicular, metacarpophalangeal and elbow joints, amount of narrowing ща joint space, subchondral sclerosis and osteocystosis, development of bone attrition and epiphyseal osteoporosis, skin (uveitis, keratitis, glaucoma, cataract), renal (keratitis, glaucoma, conjunctivitis) and heart pathology (sclera).
