New Information and Communication Technologies as a Factor in Increasing the Youth Political Participation

Abstract

The relevance of the political participation of young people, connected with the use of new information and communication technologies, is increasing nowadays. The article deals with two opposite concepts of the scientific discourse of the youth political participation. Much attention is given to the main factors of activating the participation of young people in the political process.
