An analysis of factors affecting staff loyalty and commitment -Acase study of companies in Ben Tre province
Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship between the factors affecting staff loyalty and commitment of companies in Ben Tre province. A mixed method of qualitative and quantitative is used to survey 349 employees working in companies in Ben Tre province. The study helps administrators to understand the relationship between staff loyalty and commitment as well as their behaviors and expectations of the companies. Based on the findings, administrators can plan to develop human resources better, work out possible solutions to enhance the attachment and loyalty of different groups of staff to companies within their limited resources, and create competitive advantages of human resources in a severe and fast changing environment.
