Combination of Bandage Contact Lens and Autologous Serum Eye Drop for the Treatment of Superior Limbic Keratoconjunctivitis

She was diagnosed with SLK, which was complicated by the presence of DED and MGD. The patient was then commenced with autologous serum eye drop and fitted with silicone hydrogel contact lens in her left eye, and treated with intense pulsed light therapy for MGD in both eyes.
