Abstract

关于脑微出血的概念及其与认知功能障碍相关性的研究日益受到关注。近年来，研究的 热点多集中于脑微出血致认知功能下降的机制方面，本文就脑微出血的概念及流行病学、其与认知 障碍的关系以及致认知功能下降的机制方面的研究做一综述，旨在为临床治疗、延缓高危人群的认 知功能衰退提供帮助。 Abstract: More and more attention is paid to the concept of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) and the research on correlation between CMBs and cognitive impairment. In recent years, most research focused on the mechanism of cognitive impairment caused by CMBs. This article reviewed the concept and epidemiology of CMBs, the relationship of CMBs and cognitive dysfunction, and the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction caused by CMBs, with the aim to provide reference in treating and delaying cognitive decline of high-risk patients.
