PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION IN THE ATTENTION OF DR. CONSTANTIN ANGELESCU (1920-1937)

Abstract

This article introduces a general overview of the unique documents in the manuscipts folder of Dr. Constantin Angelescu, minister of Public Instruction in the interwar period, documents kept in the Library of the Romanian Academy. From this folder, three files make reference to Dobrogea and contain 127 documents, we have thematically structured. The research of these files allows us to reach conclusions regarding the knowledge and implication of Dr. Constantin Angelescu in the development of education in Dobrogea
