In view of the needs that coal mine risk monitoring and early warning needs to establish the real-time data collection and calculation at the edge, and storage, manage, analyze and early warn mass data at cloud, it is proposed to establish an integrated coal mine risk monitoring and early warning platform based on edge and cloud to provide services for coal mine accident risk monitoring and early warning as well as remote supervision of coal regulatory agencies. An integrated coal mine risk monitoring and early warning platform is designed, which is composed of the coal mine, the edge data resource layer of the coal supervision bureau, the cloud platform service layer and the application layer. It focuses on the data interaction between the edge end and the cloud, and the functions of the risk monitoring and early warning application system. The application results show that the system is stable and reliable, which can effectively improve the monitoring and early warning of coal mine accident risk, the remote supervision, the precise law enforcement ability of the supervision department, and improve the law enforcement efficiency.
