Continuous glucose monitoring and nursing of a child with hepatic glycogen storage disease (1例肝糖原累积症患儿动态血糖监测及护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of continuous glucose monitoring and nursing of a child with hepatic glycogen storage disease (GSD). Continuous dynamic monitoring of blood glucose changes was conducted to provide a basis for treatment. The medical care team focused on asymptomatic hypoglycemia assessment and provided care for hypoglycemia, dietary intervention, psychological support and health education. (本文总结1例肝糖原累积症(GSD)患儿动态血糖监测及护理经验。基于持续动态的监测血糖变化, 为合理治疗提供依据, 积极开展低血糖护理、饮食干预、心理支持及健康教育等。)
