Fashion design: the different representation styles applied in the design process

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate different representation styles and which are most suitable for each stage of the fashion/clothing design process, as well as present their specificities. Through a bibliographic review, we verified the importance of design as a means of representation and as a channel of communication for the production of clothing pieces, as well as the different styles applied along the methodological path.
